David Abney has over 35 years of experience spanning all aspects of the construction business from carpentry, surveying and estimating, to supervising, project management, ownership, subcontracting, general contracting and construction management. He is a member of several local advisory boards, including Montgomery County Homeless Solutions Policy Board, and is Chair of the Omega Baptist Church Official Board. He is actively engaged in many areas of community service.
David manages all corporate procedural processes for the Wise companies; Initiates and develops public sector accounts; Negotiates contract agreements; and Assists in major estimating projects.
He has a lengthy record of leadership in the areas of business development and training opportunites for minorities and MBE's and is committed to promoting MBE involvement in the local community.

Renee has over twenty five years of marketing experience ranging from conceptual design to implementation. She has been producing Wise's marketing materials for over twenty years. In addition to acting as Wise's Corporate Secretary, she also assists in the development of corporate marketing strategies, implementation of marketing plans, website development and maintenance, and the planning and production of company events.

Cleve is a conscientious Construction Project Manager & Superintendent with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has a thorough understanding of means and methods in all aspects of construction. Cleve has extremely effective supervisory and management skills. He is excellent in the areas of coordinating and scheduling, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work well with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors. He is always honest, reliable, motivated, punctual and productive.
Cleve is currently working on the Construction Management team with Shook-Touchstone to provide on-site administrative and technical management of OFCC project sites. He plans, coordinates and supervises on-site functions including scheduling, engineering, and material control, while providing day-to-day direction of on-site administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.

John is a Certified Public Accountant with over thirty years experience in the financial field, from bookkeeping to financial management. He is comprehensive, accurate and well organized in all of his work and extremely knowledgeable and well versed in all areas of accounting, payroll, and tax preparation.
John manages the accounting and financial activities for all of Wise's projects and maintains all corporate accounting records for Wise Construction and its affiliated companies. He is also Wise's accounting department manager.

Karen has over twenty years of diversified accounting experience with clients at federal, state and local government levels, as well as in the private sector. Having excellent managerial and operational skills, she is efficient in tracking expenses, preparing, analyzing and verifying union fringes, as well as processing billings and payroll. She is focused, organized and detail oriented which enables her to succeed in all aspects of construction accounting.

Marcus is a construction industry veteran, having successfully performed numerous projects in various facets of the industry. His scope of experience runs from carpentry to ownership in commercial, industrial, and residential new construction, major renovation and historic restoration. He has demonstrated successful completion of multiple million dollar projects through coordination of prime contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, architects and owners while maintaining schedules and costs. His background and knowledge of the field combined with his natural communication skills and client insight, now make him a valued team member in the area of business development.
